Today everyone is trying to lose weight, and this is totally wrong- we need to focus on fat loss not weight lose.

Try a simple Jump rope and bodyweight circuit:

Jump rope 30 seconds. Do 10 pushups. Do 25 jumping jacks. Jump rope 30 seconds.

Repeat this for 5 to 10 minutes.
